Introduction:Mineral wool pipe section is made of basalt and other natural ores as the main raw material, melted into fiber at high temperature, and processed by adding an appropriate amount of binder. This product is suitable for the insulation of various pipes.
Product application Mineral wool pipe section (PS) is especially suitable for thermal insulation and acoustic insulation of industrial pipeline projects that require thermal insulation, as in the fields of oil, gas and power plant
Installation guidelines The longitudinal connection of two layers should be staggered, and it is recommended to overlap by 150 mm longitudinally. The pipe piece of each layer must be bound with three steel bands, two at each end and one in the middle. The end face should be about 100mm from the edge.
Humidity It is water repellent, non-hygroscopic, non-capillary, and it does not absorb any moisture from the air.
Biological Characteristics Non-hygroscopic, vermin & rot-proof and will not encourage growth of bacteria, mold or fungi. Non- asbestos CFCs, HFCs and HCFCs in the product and process
