Product introduction:
Viscose-based carbon fiber is made by plying and pre-treating viscose-based fibers, then sending them into a carbonization furnace under the protection of inert gas and undergoing high-temperature carbonization treatment at 1100°C.

Application:
Mainly used in the aerospace industry to make ablation-resistant materials. Viscose-based carbon fiber is compounded with rubber, nylon, phenolic resin and other materials to produce various composite products. For example, car brake pads, sealing materials, etc. When used, the viscose-based carbon fiber is first cut as required, and then compounded and pressed with materials such as rubber, nylon or phenolic resin to form ablation-resistant composite materials of various shapes.
