Product Introduction:
Alumina Bubble Bricks is a type of ultra-high temperature energy-saving and insulation material made from aluminum hollow balls and aluminum powder as the main raw materials, combined with other binders, and fired at a high temperature of 1750 ℃.
 
Product Highlights:
Alumina Bubble Bricks possess large quantity of closed pore, have the characters of light weight   &high temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity, high strength, tiny reheating linear   change, good thermal shock resistance, etc.Bubble Alumina Bricks can greatly improved the   furnace heat fficiency, shorten production circle, lighten furnace weigh and realize energy   saving.

Application:
Mainly used as lining and insulation material for high-temperature furnaces in industries such as industrial ceramics, electronic ceramics, petrochemical, metallurgy, refractory materials, etc,such as Shuttle kiln,tunnel kiln,pushed slab kiln,carbon black reactor,reformer,brighten stainless steel annealing furnace,powder metallurgy furnaces,battery material sinter furnace,etc.
