Capacity: 3000 MT per month
Package: Export wooden pallets and polyboard
Product Introduction:
Mullite light-weight brick are made from good quality and super-pure raw materials, with strictly classified fillings according to their grades. These fillings can form a uniform  pore structure after burnt during the process of manufacture.Bulk Density  0.5~1.25g/cm'.Working temperatures range from 1000℃ to 1600℃.Each grade of products has unique design to meet different thermal, physicl and chemical demands. Each face of the brick is machined to the required accurate size.

Product Highlights:
- Low thermal conductivity: Hh series lightweight heat-insulating Bricks have an excellent feature of heat-insulation.
- Low heat capacity: Hh series lightweight heat-insulating bricks store very little heat because of their  characters of lightweight and low thermal conductivity, which causes good energy saving especially in batch operation.
- Low   content   of  impurities: Hh series lightweight heat-insulating bricks have high refractorieness with low content of iron and alkali-metal,High content of alumina enables them to maintain nice performances in reducing atmosphere.
- High hot compressive strength
- Accurate size
- The bricks can be processed into special shapes to avoid the joints and the number of bricks.

-Application:
Suitable for various industrial furnaces: Suspended ceiling, wall and heat insulation lining material of various  industrial  furnaces, suck  as  bell-type  furnace, heating furnace, cracking furnace, thermal treatment furnace, shuttle kiln, tunnel  furnace, roller kiln, enamel kiln, etc. Usage of Corundum Mullite Bricks: mainly used in key parts of kilns in industries such as steel, electronics, petrochemical, non-ferrous, refractory materials, etc.
