Product Introduction:Regenerator ball is also called ball regenerator. It has such advantages as favorable Thermal shock stability, high high thermal storage capability, high strength, easy to wash and reusable, ect. And it can apply to gas and non-gas fuel industrial furnace's regenerator fire system.
Product materials: mullite, adamantine spar, peraluminous
Product Highlights:- Many little balls divide the stream into some small streams, when the stream flows through the regenerator, it can produce fierce turbulence and effectively burst through the boundary layer of the regenerator ball. Due to the small sphere diameter, small conduction radius, small heat resistance high-density, and good thermal conductivity, it can meet the requirement of the regenerative burner to turn quickly and frequently.
- The regenerator can swerve 20-30times/hour. And after the high temperature airstream flows through the regenerator bed, it drops its temperature to about 130℃.
- When high temperature coal gas and the air flow through the same routes of the regenerator, it can preheat to the temperature just about 100℃ lower than the smoke respectively and the temperature efficiency can reach above 90%.
- Because the size of the regenerator is small, and the flow capacity of the ball bed is very strong,it will not affect heat transfer target even after sulphuric acid resistance increases.
- Regenerator ball has characteristics of antioxidants and slag resistance.
- The ceramic ball can be changed, washed easily, and can be reused.
Application:Regenerator ball can apply to gas and non-gas fuel industrial furnace's regenerator fire system.
